Time it took for regular service was a lot longer than first indicated by Omar. Issue involving a gasket was noted by a technician but not related to me when Omar called me. I discovered the issue only when checking out and required me to wait onsite for additional work to be done. Omar quoted and charged me for two hours of work but the actual work was done in about one hour. Omar did give me a $100 discount and claimed he had to use two technicians. I find it hard to believe that two techs can cut the time by half as most of the work has to follow a sequence
