John was very direct and professional and made some good suggestions for my vehicle. Thank you for suggesting that my turbocharger be replaced. Come to find out my head gasket did not need to be replaced, spark plugs which was new. The total was outrageous $7,059. A second opinion is always needed and I’m glad I didn’t go with what was suggested by what the paperwork provided. When you said my transmission fluid didn’t need to be changed was a red flag especially my vehicle being at 109,000 miles and since you said I needed my head gasket replaced it was not recommended. That’s why I needed a second opinion. Picking up my vehicle nothing was explained to me about my vehicle. Unfortunately John was out that day. As for Honda overall I’ve been bringing my vehicle to Honda since 2019 and I’m learning how Honda the dealerships are money driven and overpriced. I will take my vehicle to certified mechanics that will be truthful and go the extra mile and not be money driven but is dedicated to the totality of your vehicle.
