I had a great experience with John, he went above and beyond. He explained in detail what my vehicle needed, kept me updated through out the process and arranged a shuttle to and from my destination. I had an 8am appointment. Only to pick up my car at 4:30pm and absolutely nothing was fixed
. I went there for a coolant leak
I had to pay 220 dollars for diagnostic.
No phone call, I got a text saying my car was in good hands and will let you know when car is ready.
Been coming here for around 10 years and this is the first time I've had this experience.
When I picked up car Taz said they were waiting on parts that were ordered. You close at 5pm.
I needed the car for work that night super bowl weekend, and thought I could get fixed at dealership for sure.
Communication is everything,
Also was told that I would get a list of my diagnostic texted to me, nothing.
After I already picked unrepaired car i get a text we are finalizing your service and will give you a call when your vehicle is ready to come home.
So now I have to take off work Monday and try to have my car repaired.

Because I was a walk-in with an emergency flat tire, I was last priority for everything-shuttle and service. This would have been okay if I was expecting a 6 hr wait. But I was told 3 hrs, so it was upsetting to miss a whole day of work. I acknowledge that the flat fix turned into 4 new tires, but that happened in the beginning. I am also disappointed that I was never given a key for the locking wheel lug when you put them on my car years ago. Thank goodness I never had a flat in the middle of nowhere! And because you don’t keep records more than 6 years, you can’t tell me when they were installed.
