Omar was hard working, considerate and knowledgeable.
I am not happy however with the surprise warning light for an issue with the drivers airbag. It appeared when my car was in Hondas custody … it may be related to original stolen vehicle claim … or just circumstantial. Hard to know but not a happy surprise.

Hong was very thorough in explaining what my scheduled maintenance involved and how much it would cost. However, I would have liked more timely updates as to when I could expect the work to be done. I needed to plan how I would get to the dealership to pick up the car (I was walking) and whether I needed to make alternative plans for the evening if my car had to be kept overnight. I called several times, wasn’t able to reach him. Even when I was, he was fairly vague which was frustrating. I do understand timing of service work is unpredictable. But for the future, better updates would be nice. Hong was otherwise great and I will continue to bring my car there for servicing. One more thing: I often get calls and e-mails from Honda reminding me I need work done when I’ve just done it. Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing…

When I made the appt., I was told it would only take about 45 min or so. I had a 12:30 appt, checked in at 12:26, we didn’t our vehicle until around 2:20, after I went up and asked how much longer it would be. It was the lunch special for an oil change. But he was very friendly and accommodating when we were checking in. He also did apologize for his long it took, but I was a little surprised for the long wait.
