When I made the appt., I was told it would only take about 45 min or so. I had a 12:30 appt, checked in at 12:26, we didn’t our vehicle until around 2:20, after I went up and asked how much longer it would be. It was the lunch special for an oil change. But he was very friendly and accommodating when we were checking in. He also did apologize for his long it took, but I was a little surprised for the long wait.

Came for the 12-3 oil change special was told “2 hours” ended up being 5 hour for just an oil change. Zero transparency and no text updates. Was only helped because I inquired about the wait for my car. Two ladies helped get my car ready while the service technician took off and didn’t come back until after the fact. Will not return due to worst service EVER.
