While it was inconvenient to have to spend the better part of my day to, yet again, get my car repaired, Barbara was quick to respond and get it taken care of. The hiccup happened when I was waiting outside to pickup my car after service. I was told my car would be available shortly, and to wait outside for it to be driven to the entrance of the service area. I patiently waited over 20 minutes and had to contact the service rep I was dealing with again so I could retrieve my car, and he personally retrieved it. I wasn't happy about seemingly being forgotten.
