I was not satisfied with my experience overall except for the help I received from Christina. I wasn’t able to connect with the shop until Christina noticed that no one had been in contact with me and she reached out. I don’t know this person’s name but the person who answers phone calls was not helpful and kind of rude. She transferred me to Tony’s office when he was not working and my call would drop without me talking to anyone about my car. I called and explained this person the situation and she said “so?” And didn’t offer any help. This went on for couple of days and a dead-end calls until Christina contacted me.
By the way when Tony was back, he did fix my car and it seems to be working fine.
After I was told my car was ready I called to ask if my partner could pick up the car and the same person from earlier said “yeah, it’s fine” and hung up on me without taking down my information. When my partner went to get my car she was rude to her too and acted like I never called to inform her of the situation.
I work in customer service and I get the struggles but like c’mon.
That being said please do not fire this person based on my experience. We do not wish to jeopardize anyone’s livelihood.

This is my second time to visit Okland Honda. I had great experience at first time last year for overall check up. This trust led me to visit this time to annual check up for my CRV. Darius was very kind and supportable. He prepared & suggested options which I needed but I didn’t know the detail.
For example, when I hesitated to choose the service option because of price, he suggested alternative option and set up the reciept with my coupon. I really appreciated and for sure I’ll revisit next year and year. I’ve visited various honda service location in CA, such as SF and LA. But Okland Honda is first time I’ truly satisfied. Hope to let you guys know how great service you’ve offered to customers. Thanks!
