I went in expecting to be surprised by the overall balance for everything that needed to be done, but Tommy listened to my request to divide the services so I can go in at a later date so the services are more manageable. This is not a reflection of the associate Tommy who helped me but more so the time it takes to do an Oil change. I made an appointment for 7:30am I was there at 7:05 I was the 3rd car in line. I did not get my truck till almost 11:00 am! I’ve gone before at 7:00 am without and appointment and have been in and out in less than 2 hours. Everyone in the waiting room was upset and frustrated with the time it took. That aspect of customer service needs to be addressed. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.

Hong was great. My dissatisfaction has nothing to do with the people that work there . I just don’t like that since new ownership has taken over the place is run differently. The 2.35% charge for credit card is ridiculous. You do not work with the extended insurance company i got when I purchased the car. A lot of little things have made me go elsewhere. I only came to Oakland as I thought the tires had some sort of warranty as that was what el cerrito honda had told me. It turns out that Oakland does not agree with this
