I was very satisfied with the service that Chris A provided me. He was very thorough and patient with me. I hope he stays there for a long time.i time. I hope his supervisor or manager .recognizes his work by giving him promotion and/or salary increase salary.

The communication between customer and service dept needs improvement, BUT once I was able to communicate by text, the service provided was excellent. Initially when I called multiple times I kept getting transferred to voice mails and it took 2 hours to get a call back, that was very stressful

They weren't able to replicate the issue. The did find however I needed a new battery thinking that was the issue. Unfortunately it didn't fix my issue since I'm still experiencing my issues. I would like to bring my vehicle in without being charged since Honda hadn't fixed my issue but ended up charging me.
