I arrived at 9:30 AM because of a tire pressure monitoring alert. I was charged $260 for diagnostics. I asked how long it would take and Carlos said probably the better part of a day. I checked in a couple of times during the day and did not get a response since it was getting late. Then I was told my right rear tire needs to be replaced. That’s fine but then they wanted to keep it overnight. Replacing a tire is not that big of a deal even with the modern technology and the checks that need to be done. My car was there literally all day. I’m going elsewhere to get my new tire.
