Monday was quite busy for Honda. Had a bit of a time reaching Carlos. I did eventually hear from him. My car needed new replacement parts and they would be delivered the next day. Carlos delivered when he informed me the car would be ready on Tuesday. I am overall happy with the results. Wouldn’t mind having him assist me the next time I need service at Honda of Oakland.

No real effort was made to determine and correct the car problem issue that I had described and requested. Minimal work was done and the main issue that I had described was not resolved. Also, I was very disappointed that my car was not even washed and vacuum cleaned during its stay - a small gesture that was standard with the previous owners.

Tommy was my service agent. He did a great job and was very friendly. He told me the service would take an hour and a half to 2 hours. I left the car and went and ran some errands. I returned 2 hours later and then ended up waiting another 2. 4 hours for an oil change is too long. They didn't seem very busy.
