I had an issue with the electric door not latching properly. I brought it up to the service tech who immediately got defensive and blamed a ding on the door for the spring not working made a huge scene about how it would have to go to the body shop. Seemed to revel in the act of shutting down the chance to get something fixed under warranty. If you’re going to be like that at least fake it better.
