Admittedly, this is a minor inconvenience. I received a text message at 2:44pm on Friday telling me that the work on my vehicle was completed and that I would get a call when it was ready to be picked up. There was no call.
I called the service department on Saturday morning and was told that I could come and get my vehicle. No explanation was offered and, apart from that I would have preferred to collect my vehicle on Friday, every aspect of my interaction with the service department was excellent.

I had an appointment and I still had to wait for others that did not have an appointment, their cars were serviced before mine. I was assured an appointment would put me at priority. That was not the case. The shuttle never came back to pick me up. I called twice to verify they were on their way. I was reassured they were. I ended up calling an Uber 1 hour 45 minutes after my was done.
