I was satisfied as far as quick appointments, also the maintenance was completed very quick less than two hours. The only thing I was not satisfied with is the mat in the driver . The mat had a lot of water. I was not able to speak with a team member because I had to get to my Drs appt. But other than that I’m very satisfied.

Admittedly, this is a minor inconvenience. I received a text message at 2:44pm on Friday telling me that the work on my vehicle was completed and that I would get a call when it was ready to be picked up. There was no call.
I called the service department on Saturday morning and was told that I could come and get my vehicle. No explanation was offered and, apart from that I would have preferred to collect my vehicle on Friday, every aspect of my interaction with the service department was excellent.
