I was welcomed at Toyota South in Richmond, KY today. Check in was friendly and easy. My service was efficient and my wait was enjoyable. The staff was courteous and professional. I received a text that included a video of the multi point check and service. My check out was simple and quick and I can’t say enough positive things about this experience.
