Communication was not consistent regarding issues with my vehicle. When I asked questions the staff member was short and seemed annoyed. Still do not understand why my tires could not be rotated.

We were told that you work on the Dynastic test fee after the problem was determined. Nothing was done with the fee after replacing brakes. Very disappointed about that in the past it was removed . We have been a loyal customer for years
