Quite literally the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership in my life. The lack of communication was ridiculous. Dropped my truck off on Monday and only got updates because I had to call them a million times. Really frustrating when you’re stuck without a vehicle for days with 2 small kids. Whatever Toyota on Nicholasville does, you guys should really take notes.
