Matt was great. It was I dropped my vehicle off at 7:00 am and went to work at 8:08 vehicle was checked in. I told Matt I have to pick up between 3:30 & 4:00 to go umpire softball. I got there at 3:30 ish and vehicle still not done was sitting on the rack not done. I had to cancel umpiring softball so lost some money there. Then got a call around 5:15 ish saying vehicle was done. Matt did give me 10% off and was already gone home when I got there so I couldn’t talk with him. He did what he could . Had to make 2 trips back to Toyota and lost out on umpiring that night. So gas and 120.00 lost later here I am. How would you fell? They was turning out lights and ready to go when I got back so I didn’t say much because I didn’t want to be that guy…. But you make 2 trips worth of gas and 120.00 in umpiring lost not a good feeling. As far as service with Matt that was good . I forgot at 4:00 Matt told them pull around and at4:10 walked back in and he said they haven’t pulled it around and he walked back and they had started the oil change and coolant flush. Matt was very nice and help as much as he could.

Matt was very helpful and kind in helping me with my concerns. Honesty we s unaware ofthe oil that was being used on our Highlander, With concerned me. I have tried to take care of our car and have had oil changed ever 5000 miles. After this appt. was total it only needed to be done every 10000 miles ??? We are nearing 100000 miles and I was concerned just doing it every 10000 miles. Matt took the time to explained it to me. Big thank you to Matt. Giving him a 5???? For actually caring for customers. CUSTOMERS DO WANT TO BE INFORMED IN ORDER RO TAKE CARE OF OUR VEHICLES.
