The mechanical service was performed to my satisfaction. As for Matt, when I arrived he did not greet me because he was looking at his personal cell phone, in fact I said hi first and asked if he was Matt. Matt was not engaging at all. As a long time customer of Toyota and a loyal Toyota Maintenance customer as well, I expected, as a new customer to your dealership,to be received better. When returning to pick up my truck, again, he did not look up from his phone until I stood in front of his desk.

The service went well. Got home and couldn’t find the key fob. Message on info center said fob was in vehicle. Searched the interior of the vehicle and even looked under the hood no fob. I just had a total hip replacement three weeks ago. This bending and twisting not good on my hip. I would like my fob with my receipt when I pay. I’m sure it will show up but this sure has been an inconvenience.
