After 3 years of trusting Toyota South for my service needs, this last experience I believe will be my last. Today’s experience your staff was rude from the time we got there. No smiling faces as normal. Everyone seemed agitated. The workers at the front door of the waiting area were talking filthy to each other. A female worker got rude with a customer next to us a key or something and he made a comment to us about her. My car just needed tires rotated and balanced. That took 2 hours. Service rep asked if I wanted cabin and engine filter replaced, when I said no I can do that myself later he seemed offended. Later at check out he made a comment again about me changing my own filters. Plus the other time I brought in my Corolla to be check out you lost my plastic engine cover and didn’t take responsibility of that. I drive 50 miles 1 way to have my car serviced with Toyota South because it use to be worth it. I have to say I’ll be finding some where new for my future services.
