I was scheduled for one week for an engineer. I was not provided any updates on my vehicle for two weeks. The problem was not resolved even though they replaced the drive shaft. I was not given any information about what the technician or engineer found. The noise is still occurring so I assume it was not the drive shaft they replaced.

It seems to me in the past when the tires with the most tread are on the front you suggest me leaving them there. When I looked over the technicians multi-point inspection the depth of the tread, it appears to me the tires with the slightly more tread were moved to the back and those with less trip were moved to the front. Am I correct and understanding that the front wheel drive tires will wear out earlier than the rear tires? if so, have you stopped recommending that?

Dalton did a great job but within 30 minutes of me dropping the vehicle off I was met with a text asking if I would like to sell my vehicle to your dealership. I brought my vehicle to be serviced not to sale it. It is the kind of thing that makes people think twice about using a dealership for repairs. If a customer wanted to sale their vehicle they would have went to sales not service. This is the kind of tactics that turn people off to businesses. Not good enough to make the money off repairs we want to also try and make money off selling your vehicle as well.
