My car was clean on the outside when I brought it to Toyota South and when I got it back, it had what looked like large dirty water spots on the rear view mirror and back windows, but not on the front. They called to say that my ride was coming, and it was more than twice as long before he finally arrived. He told me the traffic was bad. I told him that it has never taken me that long to drive that distance. He then told me that he had been moving cars around before coming. I appreciate honesty and had not heard it. I am a very loyal customer, but I expect honesty. Most of the personal are very kind and professional. I have great respect for the owner, Steve Gates. I do not really know Trevor Gumm.
