I am usually at the dealership for 2 hours for every 5,000 mile service. This was a 5:00 appointment at the end of the day and I was only there 35 minutes.

From the moment I arrived, she took the time to listen closely to every concern I had with my vehicle and made sure nothing was overlooked. Throughout the process, Charlotte checked in with me multiple times to keep me updated, and even went out of her way to apologize for the long wait—something that was completely out of her control.
What truly blew me away was her thoughtfulness in buying me lunch of my choosing while I waited. It’s rare to encounter that level of customer service anywhere, and it genuinely meant a lot. Charlotte made me feel seen and appreciated, and I don’t believe I could have been treated any better. I was fit in when my car broke down. This was fantastic, as I don’t live in the area and was traveling alone. Diagnostic was run and oil changed easily. I was not pushed into anything. I think a full multipoint vehicle inspection would have been top service. It seems like only basics were covered.
