We replaced a battery and after leaving the for home I discovered that nothing on the communication panel would work and I do not know how to reinstall everything

You can call me at ****-****-xxxx. The experience wasn’t a great one and ended up costing me about $500 more than it should have . If you don’t want to know, I most likely will be getting regular maintenance like oil changes elsewhere. My problem is basically with the execution of your system. If your “service advisors don’t come out and go over the multipoint form, you are causing your “guests extra money and frustration like I experienced the past 2 days.

Everyone on staff was kind and courteous and had a ready smile or comment. Trevor Gumm greeted me as well.
A kind women in the waiting area offered me snacks and water several times and was very attentive.

Picked up my car and was back to drop it off 3 days later. I found it funny how when I complained about the price of the second service it dropped $300. Kinda crazy on how that works. Everyone there seemed cranky except the cashier. She was the only kind person there since everyone else I talked to seemed annoyed I was there
