I had a 9:15 appointment. They didn’t look at my car for 2 hours as I was there waiting on it. You can’t get that far behind in an hour. Don’t build up cars just to get them in there. You should be able to start working on the car close to the schedule time. Poor scheduling.
The results were fine but not happy that I had to wait 2 hours before they actually addressed my issue with the vehicle
