Made an appointment for oil change, oil was not changed. Nor was it communicated that it wasn’t going to be changed before I left. I happened to notice it on my paperwork. I literally wasted half my day sitting in a dealership and left with oil that has over 8000 miles on it. I will not be going back to this dealership to service my brand new Camry if they won’t respect my time or my wishes to change my oil more frequently than every 10k miles. My work schedule does not allow for me to just “drop in” for an oil change. I will probably never buy another vehicle at this dealership if their service department doesn’t get their act together. Respect someone’s time and wishes, regardless of “recommend “ service. A dealership is only as great as their service department and honestly, this was THE WORST service experience I’ve ever had in my 30 years of owing vehicles.
