Matt was great! I travel for work and nowhere did they accept this oil change and tire rotation package I had purchased somewhere in Pennsylvania. Two years later, I find someone who knew what I was talking about and was able to help me out. It made me feel good about having a Toyota.

The technician that serviced my forerunner left dirty black handprints on the driver side door handle, and the passenger side door handle. There is also a dirty handprint next to the interior grab handle on the passenger side on the roof.
