This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience with Service at Toyota South. Always before it’s been wonderful. I brought my car in at 10 for a 1015 appointment. Dalton Kelly checked me in. He did not give me an approximate time that’s service would take to put on for new tires to check my emergency tire, and to put on windshield wipers. Add 1 o’clock I have not heard anything. I went out to the service desk and said to Dalton I came in at 10. It’s now after one and I don’t know anything about what’s going on. He went to check and came back and told me that there had been a problem; they had to update some software in order to balance my tires. I could make an appointment and come back another day or they could. I could wait and they could get it done then. I prefer to get it done then. Dalton did give me a ride, he arranged a ride for me to get to Berea to meet a friend who was supposed to have lunch with. When I came back, asked Dalton if he wanted to walk me in to take care of my bill, because I was used to service people walking me to the desk, explaining what had happened what had happened etc. etc. dot said it’s in there at the desk . I was very satisfied with Dalton’s help. Again, I want to reiterate this has never happened to me before, as I have always had excellent service. In fact, it was one of the main reasons I bought my Toyota from Toyota South, several friends highly recommended Toyota south, because of their great service . Thank you for your attention to this matter.
