The service manager I worked with was helpful but I am again disappointed in the service to my vehicle overall. My truck was returned to me with four different tire pressures ranging from 27 psi to 42 psi. The alignment was “better” not fixed but now my steering wheel shakes when I am coming to a stop. I am beyond frustrated that I keep bringing my truck there to be fixed but then leaving with new problems. This process has been an absolute nightmare.

I was not satisfied with Mrs. Webb’s attitude towards me. She was not friendly and it was evident that customer service is not her priority. There were two instances on Saturday where she was not friendly, and it was clear that she didn’t value my time. Again, today, I expressed a concern about my car running while waiting for service on Saturday and just wanted to know if it had gas since it had to sit running for hours before being assessed by a mechanic and she said that my cars gas level had nothing to do with my warning lights being on. Then she quickly ended the call in an uncomfortable manner. Customer service is definitely not her priority and honestly, I don’t feel comfortable bringing my car back to Toyota South if this is the way I will be treated.

Trevor was professional as always. I was scheduled to have the recall fixed on my 2020 Rav. I was told it would take 3 hours. I arranged for my Father to pick me up at 7:30 while the vehicle was being repaired. I asked while they were fixing the recall, could they check the suspension. When going over speed bumps they sound like jumping on an old mattress spring. Also, check the brakes for making a pumping sound upon braking. When I returned to pick my vehicle up 7 hours later, I was told the recall parts were on back order and after test driving the car, all of the sounds are normal. I expressed my concern since owning this car 6 years, that the brake pads have never been changed. The records show from previous maintenance, the pads were wearing thin. Had I known the recall parts were on back order, I would have rescheduled for a later date. I’ve always had positive experiences with the service department, but today seems like there was some confusion on the appt that I initially was scheduled for. Anyhow, I paid $78 for the tech to listen for the sounds I was concerned about. There is no need to contact me, I do not want or need any satisfaction. I’m just giving feedback on my experience.
