Steering wheel is still crooked and truck still pulls to the right. Low tire pressure light is on now and no psi is being recorded to the console. I will be bringing this back to have it fixed ASAP.

Do not think the automatic text is working when vehicle is finished being serviced. I received the text that there was a new report available, and waited thirty more minutes to see if I would get a text that it was completed. No text came, so I called and they showed it was still in progress. I went ahead and came to pick it up to see it was completed. Paid for the service and received the text that it was complete about 10 minutes after I had already left in my car. This may be an issue to check into. Otherwise, always satisfied with Toyota South.

The brakes still squeal. It is now so loud when first backing up that it can be clearly heard throughout our house. Additionally, the initial notes about the warranty service included a fee. Matt cleared up the issue as a technical issue, but that is poor customer experience.

Dalton meet my expectations highly and helped resolve a situation quickly. Unfortunately during my first service of my 25 tacoma 3 wheels were damaged. to be honest i brought to south So I would get the best of service and my vehicle would be treated like it was the techs own vehicle. That expectation was not met. Damaging one wheel was a shock but how do 3 get damaged and not reported to the customer. I called as soon as I saw them and Daulton took care of us quickly. However as you know it should have never happened. It makes me wonder about how the rest of the work was performed frankly. Im a little hesitant to bring again but I do want food service as I bought this vehicle to keep for the long hall. How do we insure I won't have to scrutinize the work the next time?

I’m very disappointed with my overall experiences with this Toyota location. Upon picking up my car this time, there was oil and grease all over the inside door handle, steering wheel and the inside baseboard of the driver door. Longtime Toyota customer and I’ve never had this experience before from any other location. The multiple experiences I’ve had at this location leaves me to believe that the team really doesn’t care about the customer or their vehicle. Feels like the customers are taken for granted at this location.
