I had a coupon for an oil change for $50. I was called and suggested I needed rear brakes that would cost $272.
The total for everything ended up being $390. That's a LOT of "shop supplies" and taxes. Why isn't at least an estimate for supplies included in quotes/advertised prices?

I was told upon pickup that I “declined service” for a needed part repair. However, the text message I received led me to a link with a price estimate and asked me to sign off on the cost, so I did that. When it came time for us to come pick up the vehicle, we were asked to pay $150 for a diagnostic.

The service at Toyota South is excellent, however this was my first time working with Dalton and I want to provide constructive feedback regarding his role as my Service Advisor. I completed a Service Appointment and a Diagnostic Intake form (via Google Doc) which included information about my vehicle and reported issues. However, Dalton asked many questions that I had already previously answered and he called me several times during my work day, even though I selected “text message” as my preferred contact. I hope Dalton improves his customer service by carefully reading customer submissions and honoring their communication preference. Again, the service at Toyota South is great, and minor improvements in customer service will improve the experience. Thank you.
