I asked specifically if the tires had been filled/looked at during the oil change tire rotation. I was assured yes but the tire light was still on when I went to leave and the paper I was given indicated pressure should be at 35 but each tire was at 24/24/24/26. I can fill the tires but I paid over $100 for the job to be done correctly. I enjoy going to Toyota because it’s the most convenient but I can’t keep overlooking the poor job that happens sometimes. I’m also unsure after looking at what I was charged what I was charged for because none of the numbers add up to what I was actually charged. Unfortunately I don’t know that I’ll be back. Being charged on the higher end I would expect the job to be done exceptionally not leaving feeling taken advantage of.

Would be helpful if service bay doors were higher. Most Toyota service centers I visit while traveling across the USA have 10 to 12 feet bay doors. I understand your limitation’s in the building you occupy; just an observation. We are full time travelers and carry camping and expedition gear on the truck roof. I had to take all the cargo boxes off to get into the bay. That said, the service team was great as was my experience!
