I've been coming to Toyota for about eight years now getting service for my Prius. My Prius has a lot of complications at this time which was purchased from Toyota city. They told me my car cost $6000 to fix so I told him I was looking into a new car salesman, Jacob called me and said that he would give me $500 for my car And he could put me in a Corolla he asked me what kind of car I was looking for. I told him didn't even offered a Highlander anything when we just purchased a Highlander with John Landi I felt disrespected I would never come back to Toyota again .
