I get it’s dealer pricing and was fine with paying $70 to pair my existing TPMS sensors, however I honestly felt offended seeing a $7.00 shop supplies charge tacked on when it didn’t take any shop supplies.

I believe $92 is a bit high for an oil change. And occasional coupon or discount for repeat customers would be appreciated. While I was waiting I listened to a sales manager say he wasn't sure about what type of service heart city had but he could imagine it was comparable to other places. Your sales manager should be saying that you have the best service in town and that would make people want to come there and spend more money than they would go into another place to get an oil change. Just food for thought

I came in for a routine iol change. When the vehicle was returned to me I noticed it stuttering when I turn on the vehicle. I drove it about 30 min when the engine and traction light came on. When I arrived home I checked under the hood and noticed a hose was unattached coming from the manifold leading to another vent. Neadless to sat I feel this triggered the check engine light causing it to disable the traction sensor as well.

He was very nice. My miles was at 13 something and he said we go ahead and do the 15,000 tire rotation and look to repair your tire. The tire got repaired and it’s holding air. I did have to go back and make sure the tire pressure was even in all four tires. And I’m not 100% sure the tires got rotated. I think there was just a little bit of miscommunication but overall I’m always happy with the Toyota service team!

Took vehicle in for 2 year ck up and oil change. Picked up vehicle after one hour and twenty minute wait. When I got home I looked at the bill and discovered that they didn’t change the oil. Took it back the next day and Rick took care of it in a very timely manner
