My offer isn't much different than what he offered me. But I'm asking to pay little less because the miles aren't 125k, they're 100k comparable to other offers. Thanks

It’s constructive criticism and not to provide negative feedback.
Person and was phone, the representative was did notified was standing there until next service person pointed out Courtney will be with you to grab her attention. I understand it routine and cyclical task for the person but for customer it is the first interaction.
I presented a service coupon which did not please her. I come walk out with added misc. charge that negate the coupon cost. I am not sure it’s fair and honest. I will be skipping the Toyota dealership for now.
