It took an hour and 45 minutes to do an oil change. No one let me know they were running behind or gave me the option to reschedule. I also don’t like the idea of somebody going through my glove box to check the cabin filter without asking me if it’s OK and half of the stuff from my glove box was laying on the floor in the car

I brought my car in to replace the evaporator. It took 2 full weeks with no communication. I had to call repetedly to get updates. All I heard was not done yet, it's a lengthy process. Two weeks??? When I got the car back it had grease on the passenger seat, the carpets, feet prints of grease under the carpets.Filthy! I took pictures before I detailed my car. The car now has a rattle when idling in reverse and drive, that it did not have before it came in for service. I have never had service this bad from Sunshine Toyota before.

I love your service department but I had one small issue, on my prior service my spare tire was not checked. It was low so the sensor light came on. So on this recent visit I asked the gentleman who checked me out if my spare tire had been filled, he said yes it is part of the inspection. Sure enough, it was not checked again. So he had the boys fill it for me before I left., and they had to take some air out of my other four tires as someone overfilled them. Glad I asked. Michelle was wonderful, very helpful.

I had to come back because the oil gasket they pit was wrong and created an oil leak. They made corrected it and its all good but unfortunately it left a huuuge meas on my driveway. Would be amazing if it could be cleaned. Left a message for the service manager to see if it was possible. Tku so much!
