Courtney provides exceptional customer service. I now bring my husband’s Prius to Sunshine. She arranges for me to get a ride to work and then delivers my car to my work. The service manager greets me by my first name. I will continue to service my vehicles at Sunshine and Sunshine will be my first choice when I need another car. Normally when I come and I have an appointment for maintenance, I am surprised at how quick the service is. Yesterday I showed up early to my appt so I didn’t necessarily expect to be serviced early. However , the total time was 1 hr 15 minutes from my scheduled time. That’s still good compared to other dealers, but is not what I had experienced in the past at Sunshine.

When I checked in I asked the young man to make sure the regular bulb on the passenger side Not be changed. I have one at home for my son to replace. My request was not honored. The bulb was replaced at an extra charge of 46.69.
When I checked out and paid the woman I mentioned it to didn’t bother to make it right or even contact a manager. This is not good customer service. I’m retired and live on a budget. This extra money could have been used wise

I don't feel the evaluation was thorough. There is something off with the power steering and I had hoped a dealership would be able to detect even minor issues. I feel the evaluation was more like a backyard mechanic rather than a dealership.

I brought my new 2025 RAV4 in because of a roof leak on May 5th 2025. Finding the leak was very slow. Repairing the leak was even slower. A buy back From Toyota has been filed. My car was out of service for 50 days. The RAV4 sent me notifications. The car sat for many days untouched. I believe that diagnosis and repair could have been much quicker. I talked to the service manager at Sunshine Toyota. I called Toyota complaint serveral time. But could get no answers. Still have had no contact from Toyota as to the buy back case. Not pleased at all from all the run around. The 2025 RAB4 was returned to us on June 24,2025. I still will pursue the buy back
