Comparably I was very impressed with the technology you use to communicate especially with further work that the car needs and your service writers. Fast and efficient compared to the dealership next door where I found that my appointment for my Honda had to be cancelled due to lack of a technician that could perform a valve adjustment and unprofessional looking service writers.

I arrived 10 minutes early, I was not expecting to be waiting for my vehicle for 90 minutes. I feel if it's going to take that long maybe it should be communicated ahead of time.

Even though I followed the directions that was given to me about dropping off my vehicle the day before so that the technicians would be able to start working on it first thing in the morning. I received a text from Sunshine stating that I had missed my 8:15am appointment and to please call to reschedule. Since you've already had my truck sitting in your parking lot overnight, obviously someone screwd up. I later found out that one of your service writers (Courtney) was late getting to work. Was I happy with the guys that did the actual service, yes, but the scheduling department needs some work!!!

I had an oil change appointment at 3:45 pm. I was on time for this appointment. I checked in about the status of my car at 4:50 pm as I needed to be at work and they had over an hour to do the oil change. I was informed that at that time, they had just taken the car back. I don’t understand why there was a delay if I’m required to make an appointment. Or at least why I wasn’t told there was going to be a signifiant delay. I then asked if I could get a ride to work which was down the street. They said yes and I waited. The day shift supervisor at my work was able to come and pick me up before I was able to get a ride from the dealership.

Michelle was fabulous. Answered my questions completely and even came out to the car after I talked with Randy. She wanted to make sure to assist me in getting in my car as I am walking with a cane. Randy gave me a price on a new car but when I told him I could not make that price work, I felt like I was “on my own” getting to my vehicle. Overall, I had a great experience at Sunhine Toyota.
