When I checked out from getting my oil change, noone mentioned ANY concerns about my vehicle. When I later logged on to the link in the text message I received I say there were two "critical" items marked regarding the drive shaft and a blurry picture. I called the next day five times before I was able to reach a person in the service department. That person advised that they didn't see anything wrong from the report on my truck. And then said he couldn't see the report and there were computer issues the day before. After reading the report to him he was then able to see the concerns marked. I asked what critical meant and the fluid leaking had been replaced, if I should still be driving the car, etc. He was unsure and went to ask one of the technicians. He came back and advised me that the drive shaft was not good based on the picture. I again inquired if I should be driving and how critical this was. He informed me he didn't know and the technician wouldn't know. I asked how the technician could mark it critical but not know anything about how serious the issue was, but the response I received was that I will need to bring the vehicle back in. Even though I was just there. My major concerns are that: 1. NO ONE mentioned the critical items marked on my form when I checked out. 2. NO ONE can seem to tell me how serious this is, if I should be driving the vehicle, if there is enough fluid in the system or if it was refilled, etc. NO ONE seems to know anything about the issue that was marked or what happened during the service other than an oil change and the screwed on a new antenna. 3. Poor customer service, having to call multiple times to reach someone, being given a blurry picture with no discussion or explanation by staff, having to come back after having just been there to get more information, and allowing a customer to drive out of your lot with "critical" issues marked and no idea.

At first when I called for an appointment I was very upset. Man named Jake was very short and rude with me. I asked simple questions. I really don’t know about cars. He was short and I felt didn’t want to bother. Made my appointment and when I got there it was amazing. The people were great. I did not meet the gentleman Jake but wanted to. He needed A hug.

There was apparently a miscommunication with your dent repair person. I made the trip over at the scheduled time (with a baby in tow) and was told he was a no show. The repair person said he wasn’t notified of the schedule. I need to get this finished but will have to go again.

Service department seems to not care of their customers. I tried calling many times no pick up. Not sure why? It's only my second service and nobody cares and they didn't even go in details how my vehicle was doing. They dont care and it's very rude. Please address this concern so we can support toyota otherwise we will go to different dealer and I am sure you dont want to do that.
