the service itself was very good. What we needed done was correct. however, the automated appointment notification system was not. we kept receiving msgs with time different than we were told when set up. then we got several other msgs, changing time or telling us we missed our appointment, very confusing. we called trying to follow up and did not receive any return calls from service. A little frustrating having dealt with this service dept for the very first time.
