Sara did a fantastic job. My dissatisfaction is the fact that the issue with the AC remains. This is inspite of car being in shop for two days and no issue could be found. Not certain what tech actually did, but, the issue remains. We ran errands in the car and 3 hours later on the way home the unit failed. I couldn't bring it back as you were already closed. I will bring it in tomorrow should the issue continue.
