Arrived during lunch and Sara was answering calls and finishing customers. She told me someone would be with me shortly. After five minutes and no other reps returned, she cheerfully offered to take my keys and get me started despite having dealt with a very difficult customer on the phone. Michelle was equally delightful after my service hopefully answering questions about my next mileage service requirements after checking me out. Great ladies on the front line.
