The service itself was fine but when I got back home it was a different story. We went out that evening and discovered that our headlight setting had been changed and none of the warning sensors that Sunshine set for us, when we purchased the car, were working. My wife and I have no idea how to reset them. So yes I am ticked off.
Between the two of us we have not had any time to pursue the problems due to our appointments.

The service manager was nice and had empathy and really showed he cared, and I appreciate it that very much.

It took over an hour for an oil change/tire rotation. This was entirely too long considering I Boone an appointment and was early too. On top of that, there were strange things on the passenger side:
- a sticker in my glove compartment
- my proof of insurance was lying on the floor
- there were strange pieces of broken plastic underneath the passenger seat
