For the second time in a row I’ve waited in the waiting room for my vehicle, which the person who checked me in asked me if I was. Today that was Michelle. Once again, I was never told my car was ready. I actually saw them drive it in and waited to see if anybody would tell me. After 15 minutes, I went out and asked to be checked out. When I tried to voice concerns about not being told my car was ready , I was rudely dismissed. Michelle was dealing with a printer issue so couldn’t be bothered to tell me she’d be with me in a minute- I had no clue what she was doing at first. The lady at the desk in front of her was rude. Staff needs retraining on customer service

When I made the appointment over the phone I explained that there was a rubber strip on the roof of my car that kept coming loose that I wanted them to look at. Sarah said it was a common problem and they would fix me up with no charge. However, I noticed when I got home that there was an $85 charge for putting it on. I called and left a message but did not get a return call.
