We really appreciated Ron McFadden’s efforts in getting our Prius V engine repaired. It was unfortunate that it required several trips for the tech to discover the underlying problem with our Prius (a bent piston). Nevertheless, we greatly appreciated Sunshine’s willingness to stand by their work and do our repair under the warranty from previous engine work. We never feel taken advantage of by the Sunshine Service department and that trust is golden to us. Plus the loaner cars were great. I think we’re set for being lifelong customers. Much appreciated!!

After five minutes and no other reps returned, she cheerfully offered to take my keys and get me started despite having dealt with a very difficult customer on the phone.
