I dropped my truck off for an a tire alignment, oil change and have the breaks inspected. I received a text asking if I wanted the cabin filter replaced and battery terminal cleaned or next visit. I selected next visit. When I picked up my truck I found they had replaced both. I told the lady that I had selected maybe next visit. She confirmed that was accurate in the system. She then became upset with me and said she would have to have them go dig out my old filter from the trash and put it back in my truck. She let her frustration know to me multiple times and made it clear that I was the problem. Once she had them put the old filter back in I paid and left. My frustration increased once home when I realized I had a charge for brakes being adjusted and something else regarding them. Yes, I probably would have said go ahead with the work, but to never get a call. I am about done with your dealership as this is not the first time I've had issues with your service.
