Oil cap was not put back on after oil change. Car was running rough from the time I pulled out. I thought it was just cycling new oil and would resolve. Continued running rough/loudly. Smelled burning oil, opened hood to a mess. Oil cap was found just above hood latch, which makes me think it was never even put back on. This could’ve started a fire and destroyed my car. I will be contacting the dealership/service center immediately.

I dropped my car off at 1p. I received a call regarding the wobble that I wrote up. My rotors would have to be re-surfaced. I said send it. I heard nothing back after that. I tried to call at 6:15, realized the shop was closed. Got a ride from work to the dealership and realized no one was there. I then had to figure out a way to get back home to Kalamazoo without a vehicle. I figured it out though. I would expect that if I wasn't going to be receiving my vehicle back before closing time, someone would have reached out to make other arrangements. I also understand $hIt happens, but it still wasn't cool. On a positive note, I was pleasantly surprised the rotor re-surfacing was covered under warranty and wasn't overlooked.

I dropped my car off for a repair, when I called to check on it to see if it was fixed and ready for pick up I was assured that it was all set to go. When I came to pick it up, the repair was not fixed and I will have to come back for another visit. I’m very disappointed in the customer service that Sunshine Toyota service department has provided after purchasing a vehicle from them.
