Everyone was very professional and nice during my visit. It was my first service call and I also asked for mud flaps to be installed. It took longer than I thought it would but that's okay. However, if I would have known it was going to take 2 hours I would have made arrangements to have someone pick me up and than drop me back off. Overall, the service and experience was excellent. The staff were great. However, I told them prior to a Friday appointment was supposed to include tires. None in stock, come back Monday. Monday they ordered wrong tires, come back in the afternoon. They did give me a car. Came back at 1pm. Told finishing up, but waited 1.5 hours no action, heard a mechanic say another broke something on the front of the truck. Myself and other truck service customers heard it. We all looked at each other. 2.5 total hours later it was done. Mechanic left hub cap on his work bench. I noticed it missing when I did my final walk-around. Nothing appears broken on the front of my car. So far.

Sunshine is expensive but is the best. After fixing my car is running good now ????. Alysa Clines is the only person who makes me back in sunshine for service, she is nice, smart, she knows what she does, and when she drives a car she tells you e exactly what is wrong in your car. She is the best.
