I am satisfied…but, from eat it was possibly flush transmission and this issue will probably go away. It didn’t. Now it is replacing an oil sensor and the question naturally is why didn’t it get caught earlier…and is that really the cause or will this happen in next week’s travel. Give me a week or two and ask again. While flushing transmission is possibly a good have $300 plus being spent that I did not need to do is painful but not death. So yes, probably is a choice you should allow…or wait a day or two and then ask.

Nolan and the Toyota Sunshine team took great care of me. I especially enjoyed the text updates I received as progress was being made to our Camry and recommendations that were provided during the process which allowed me to approve or wait to be fixed. Great communication with the staff. Thank you for the rental, always a pleasure working with you all. I was in a hurry to get back to work. The girl working helped me feel as if I were a bother. The guy working was very helpful, and very busy. I prepaid, so it should have been a quick pick up, but then I couldn’t find my car, and had to ask someone to help me. Another young man came around and was gracious, and did help me find it. It was tucked far into the parking space between two larger vehicles, further away from the parking area in the back than it needed to be (there were several other spaces it could have been parked in). Then, I had to come back around, because no one reset the service due indicator. The girl who I was “bothering” helped and all but rolled her eyes. I got back on the road and saw that no one has replaced the service due sticker in the windshield, either. I just kept going at that point. So a simple (but $30) tire rotation turned out to be more of an inconvenience. To me and to the girl working the service desk. Or so it seemed. I’m sorry to leave a less than stellar review, but you asked… :)
