Had an appointment for an oil change and after that was done I asked Courtney if they had washed my truck. She replied no, because when she went to fold in the mirrors she felt resistance, so she stopped. I took her out to show her that the mirrors would indeed fold in, so she took it over to get it washed. I don't know what happened at the car wash, but it's like it got washed and waxed but it never got rinsed off. I ended up going to Galesburg and spending 14.00 to pressure wash the stuff that got left on by your dealership. And if you need them, I do have photos available.

No verbal explanation or instruction given when I was checked out. Was just told “you’re good to go”. I picked up the paper that was laying on the desk. Then I asked if they found anything or if all was good and was just told “nope”. It was not Nolan that checked me out.
I was sent a text with the form the mechanic fills out with the red/yellow/green columns. There was a 9 second video of my engine with someone talking but I couldn’t hear what they were saying.
