I came in for an airbag recall & then added on an oil change. When I came to pick up my car, my total was almost $100. I didn’t question it immediately, paid it, & moved on. I get into my car & was not happy with the sight of it. I have papers & other items on my passenger side floor that were not there before. I’m assuming they came out of my glovebox when the airbag was fixed. Then my driver floor mat was in my backseat. I received my maintenance summary via text & after looking through it, I was charged for a tire rotation. Again, I only asked for an oil change to be added on. The only part of the service I appreciated was the complimentary shuttle service. Both drivers were very nice & timely.
