I was in a hurry to get back to work. The girl working helped me feel as if I were a bother. The guy working was very helpful, and very busy. I prepaid, so it should have been a quick pick up, but then I couldn’t find my car, and had to ask someone to help me. Another young man came around and was gracious, and did help me find it. It was tucked far into the parking space between two larger vehicles, further away from the parking area in the back than it needed to be (there were several other spaces it could have been parked in). Then, I had to come back around, because no one reset the service due indicator. The girl who I was “bothering” helped and all but rolled her eyes. I got back on the road and saw that no one has replaced the service due sticker in the windshield, either. I just kept going at that point. So a simple (but $30) tire rotation turned out to be more of an inconvenience. To me and to the girl working the service desk. Or so it seemed. I’m sorry to leave a less than stellar review, but you asked… :)
