Nolan was fine and very helpful, and told me to call him if I have any more problems. But when I brought my car in, I explained to the intake person (not Nolan), she didn’t write down the reason that I brought it in. This is the second time I brought the car in for the same issue, and I may have to bring it in a third time because the person didn’t take down the issue correctly. So as appreciative as I am that Nolan is willing to help me out if there’s still a problem, I am disappointed that I’ve made two trips to Battle Creek and the issue has not been addressed.
